UL Open Access — an international peer-reviewed open access online publisher (Universal Library Open Access Publications) that publishes a series of subject-specific scientific journals (e.g., ULIRS, ULETE, ULLLI, ULBEC, etc.). Accepts formats: original research, review articles, short communications, and editorial materials. Manuscripts can be submitted through the Online Submission system or by email (editor@ulopenaccess.com); the contact address contact@ulopenaccess.com is also provided. Articles are assigned DOIs; after acceptance a publication processing charge (APC) is applied. The website includes sections with instructions for authors, reviewers, and editors, as well as policies on open access, plagiarism, copyright, and publication ethics; there is a membership option that provides publication priority and benefits (including the ability to publish multiple papers during the membership period and expedited peer review upon request).
